Join this virtual Pro Tour to go behind-the-scenes with members of the team responsible for the Tree of Life project, a new building in Queens that will include 174 units of Passive House certified housing, a community health center, and a community facility operated by the First Presbyterian Church of Jamaica. Hear how the project team worked together to satisfy both high performance certification goals and the needs of the community the building was designed to serve.
Through a mix of video, presentation, and small group breakout rooms, we’re using a format that preserves the interactive, behind-the-scenes vibe that has made NESEA’s Pro Tours so popular.
Unlike a traditional webinar, attendees will come with their mics and cameras on: as a participant in this event, you’ll be able to see and hear other attendees, ask content experts questions directly, and meet new people in the NESEA community
This 12-story, mixed-use, certified Passive House building will downtown Jamaica, Queens 174 units of needed mixed-income affordable housing, a non-profit community healthcare facility, and community space.
